UPC HD box problem

HI all quick question every time i power up my hd box i have to go through the setup everytime. I mean when i knock the box on im met with the picture of all the countries with the flags. At the start it did not bother me but now it does. Anybody eles have this trouble or how to slove it. Thanks

Hi, getting this problem with my SD box as well, even if I don't switch the box off every few hours it will just reset it's self and I have to go through the whole setup process again!!
Did you have any luck with getting it sorted out??

Ring UPC and get them to fix it. It's their box.
