Was hoping i could get some advice on what i'm currently doing at the gym. Started about a month and a half ago, never went to a gym so it's all relatively new to me. So in general i go four times a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The training is:

    10 min of intervals on treadmill 20s at 8.0km 40s at 11.5km.

10 reps 3 sets of lat pulldown 85 kg
10 reps 3 sets of shoulder press 75.5 kg
10 reps 3 sets of chest press 75.5kg
    10 leg lifts 3 sets
    10 squats with dumbbell 14kg.
    planks 3 times for 30secs.

Then same again on treadmill to finish. Would do all of the above in a circuit. The weights is what I've built up to since starting and put them up as they get easier.
Tend to go jogging on days i am not in the gym Wednesdays and Saturday which is about 4.3km.

And Sunday do nothing at all.

As for diet its muesli in the morning, tuna with noddles and salad for lunch, then dinner is chicken or fish with a good bit of veg or a stir fry. Usual have 2 or 3 apples during the day as well.

Drink on the weekends alright and smoke.

Started going to gym to lose the belly and "tone-up"(I know this is a frowned upon term on this forum but dont know how else to put it)

I'm about 5:10 and 11 stone. Although that was my weight at the start.

So am i going right at this or should i change anything up?
