Looking for advice on home workout

    I'm an absolute beginner looking to get fit and lose weight. I can't afford gym fees or to buy any equipment, so I'm looking to put together a workout at home that doesn't need anything other than the dumbells I already have. Besides sit-ups and press-ups, would anybody recommend anything else I could be doing?

    Google;
    the naked warrior .pdf

    Basically it's pullups pistols ( one leg squats) and press ups in a progressive manner
    I got great benefits out of it when I decided to change things up

    A 10-16kg kettlebell will cost you less than €50 and will open up way more options for you if you can stretch that far.

    +1 for chin ups and lots of single leg work
