My lower ribs

    I've been on a tough moderate-weight circuit training workout for the past 6 - 7 months and have had great results, getting rid of most of the fat on my body without losing any muscle.

    A side-effect of the fat loss is that the lower part of my rib cage now protudes a bit unless I clench my abs. I've been doing V-Up Russian Twists and a few other core-type exercises, but I'd like to know if there are specific exercises that target the area directly below the rib cage (and almost directly below my nipples)?
