    Hi all.
What would ppl think of this as an alternative to taking Purple Wraath.

The BulkPowders Complete Pre-Workout has caffeine which might not be the best if I workout later in the evening, but usually head to the gym between 5pm and 6pm. It has 200mg of caffeine. How does that compare to your standard cup of americano you would get in a coffee shop?

Also, what do ppl think of the ingredient blends/quantities?

    Thx.

What time do you go to bed at? Best bet is to get a pack of caffeine pills from boots or wherever, take 200mg, do your workout and see if you're still wired when you try go to bed.

The components are pretty smiliar to what I take pre workout and for me it works well. Price looks good too. Based on my own personal experience the beta alinine dose looks low, but that could be solved by buying a bag of the stuff and just firing in an extra few grams.

A shot of espresso (ie the amount used in a latte, cappuccino, americano etc) is 100-200 according to an article I read in a magazine yesterday.
