    Well

I am looking for a program to log my diet, but one you can download. Rather than an app. I had fitday but you can only download it now from the USA now. Can anyone recommend one or a way to download fitday from an Irish customer

    Cheers

    Can't you use fitday.com or myfitnesspal.com?

Sorry Lad, but I want to have a program I can use without going onto the net.

The myfitness pal app works offline. The food logged is stored on the phone. If you have the internet access you can search a bigger database of foods, but logged food is still stored locally.
I used to use it with an ipod touch (no internet) with no issues.
