Lifting Partner... anyone?

Ive being lifting weights for 8-9 years. I dont claim to know it all, or can get you a 6 pack in 6 weeks or whatever. TO be honest, my way is probably harder then most, since Im a natty builder. But like anything, if you put in the work you will get results.

I figure if anyones starting out and would like someone to give a bit of guidance then they're more than welcome to work out with me, and it gives me someone to work with as it gets a bit boring lifting on your own all the time.

Based in Louth by the way.

Yeah a training partenr would be great. Iv had friends train with me but they dont take training seriously and miss workouts etc so i choose to train alone now lol. Best of luck finding somebody that isnt a flake
