I recently had a food intolerance test carried out and was advised to avoid food containing cow's, goat's or sheep's milk, gluten, wheat, yeast and soya. I'm finding it quite difficult to find much food that doesn't contain any of these and was wondering if anyone knows of any and where to buy them.
    Thanks

Tesco and Dunnes both have sections where they sell these type of foods.

That dietary restriction falls in line with the paleo diet, which I and many others on boards here have been doing for a while now.

Stick to the outside of the shops. Get meat, vegetables, fruit, spices, oils (olive, butter, coconut, ghee, animal fats) and nuts. Coconut milk is amazing too, can be used in a variety of dishes.

From there alone you can create some fantastic meals, which will fill you and bring you on the road to great heath!

More information can be found looking for "Paleo Diet" online. A lot of recipe sites too, you're never short of ideas for food.

Don't think of it as restricting the foods you love (we all know how addictive gluten can be) but think of it as a chance to eat fantastic tasty food. Doctor's orders :)
