Losing Weight - 15 y/o

Hi I'm fifteen and I'm fat. Now I've already started to work out about a month ago.
I changed my diet (not completely, I still have some chocolate and stuff just not as much) and started running for about 30 mins a day and I also lift some weights at home.
I'm about 5ft10' in height if that makes a difference?
Anyway in a month I've gone form 11stone 10 and 3/4 pounds to my current 10stone 9 pounds..

What I really want to know, how long until I get proper lean, will this weight loss continue or am I just losing a lot because I'm only starting. And at what weight should I start taking the weights more seriously?(i.e start to bulk up?)

Well done on your first steps. :D

You're definitely off to a great start, and well done on the weight loss. Generally as people get thinner they can't lose the same amount of weight without upping exercise and/or lessening calorie intake. I don't know exactly when you will be "proper lean", and am not sure if anyone could tell you that. I just looked it up and according to the good ol' trusty internet the average weight of a lad your height is 150-165 pounds and you are now...149 pounds? Either you are underweight or my mathematical skills are failing me. Also out of curiosity what is your usual daily meal plan as such like now? If you are interested in bulking up you'd want one that is fairly high in protein, but I'm sure you already know that. :o

    Good luck!
