Just looking for a bit of advice regarding pain management really!

I'm booked in for a bit of work on my knee (torn lateral and medial cartridge...hurts like heck!), but I was wondering is there a way to reduce pain/discomfort in the mean time?

Just like bandaging or what to avoid.

My job role contains a lot of driving/manual handling and I'm wondering should that be curtailed?

    Thanks a mil.

Been to gp already and already booked in for the consultant and procedure was just looking for pointers for any first aid (how to tape it up) and to make it more comfortable. I know I'm teetering on the edge of the charter, but I'm not looking for medical advice as I've already sought that.

Although I'd understand if you want to lock this, thanks.

Yeah, advice on taping it up etc would be for a real life physio to answer not some anonybodies here. Its one of those ones where, you know, we cant see your injury and arent qualified anyway. Bad advice is worse than none. Sorry.
