heavy spin on the climbs last sunday, killiney through glen cullen which took me to the good old r115 road. seemed like a never ending climb to be honest but i wasnt too strained. just kept a steady cadence and didn't try kill myself. 66km took me just over the 3 hour mark by 3 minutes. some very enjoyable scenery which reminded why i love cycling so much!

quick this morning from killiney to greystones to enniskerry and back. good bit faster thanks to the lack of hill. strong head wind made it tricky on the way down but i made up for the time on the way home. 53km in 2 hours and 3 minutes. very pleased.

clocking up some km's nicely. lovely weather to be out. tough day in the heat but very worthwhile. Killiney to Laragh and back via the r115 into enniskerry and then into glen cullen and descended home. managed to tag along into a small group for a good few km into enniskerry but lost them after i stopped for a well earned coffee. the climb from enniskerry to glen cullen is bloody sadistic nearly died. manged to complete the cycle in just under 4 hours.

didnt finish work today until 2 so it was a late start. similar route to last week with a few changes. powered up the Glenmacnass pass with ease and continued to hoof along. dont know what happened to me but i felt on fire! last climb of the the day was a small one from glencree to glencullen and i felt rotten going up it. at one point a hill jogger was giving me a run for my money. hit the wall big shtyle
