    Hey folks, new here and looking forward to chatting away to you all. I'm stuck in a bit of a predicament with regards to my current workout. I'm always quite uneasy when taking on a routine because I'm not sure if the workout is to a decent standard.

    I'm not overweight and I'm definitely not a "big person" or anything, I'm just trying to shed a few annoying pounds and try to improve my overall fitness. I'm certainly no fitness expert, which is why I'm here, so apologies if this routine sounds alien to you. I was wondering if you would have a look at my current workout and tell me if you think it is worth my time. Thanks in advance! :D


    Sit ups 10 reps 1 set
    High Knees 40 reps 1 set
    Mountain climber 20 reps 1 set
    Squat thrust 20 reps 1 set
    30 second bridge

    Jumping jacks 40 reps 30s rest 3 sets
    Push ups 20 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Burpees 10 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Mountain climber 20 reps 30s rest 3 sets
    Cobra Posture 20 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Squat thurst 30 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Lunge 15 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Back extension 15 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    Double crunch 20 reps 30s rest 2 sets
    30 second plank

    20 minute treadmill incline walk

    Apologies, some details; I'm 20, I weigh 9.8 stone and my diet is pretty good. I don't eat any junk food at all (crisps, chocolate, sweets, fast food etc.) but I would eat something like an oven pizza on the odd occasion and do enjoy a red bull with my vodka at the weekends, every man has his price. I exercise periodically as I haven't found a workout that I felt was really working for me, though I feel as though this one might be decent enough. Just want a second opinion.
