I'll post here rather than PMing you, if you don't mind, as others might want to hear as well
It's probably too far for you unless you have a car, but there is a physical therapist in Blackrock whose amazing. He deals with the high level sports people; Leinster (I think he played a few games for them about 15 years ago as well), hockey players, sailors, amongst others. He also has normal clinets, he sorted out a long running knee problem I had and really gets how a sports person functions compared to a more normal physio problem.
Reasonably priced as well, maybe €10 more than a normal physio appointment but I can't remember exactly.
He's not a physio but I would highly recommend him. I could pass on his contact details if you want.0 -
