Can anyone reccommend a good sports physio...ive had a lingering+nagging neck/trap problem for 2-3 months and need help. Was considering the sports injury clinic..anyone good up there? I'm on the nortside. PM me if you can offer advice. Thanks!

I'll post here rather than PMing you, if you don't mind, as others might want to hear as well :)

It's probably too far for you unless you have a car, but there is a physical therapist in Blackrock whose amazing. He deals with the high level sports people; Leinster (I think he played a few games for them about 15 years ago as well), hockey players, sailors, amongst others. He also has normal clinets, he sorted out a long running knee problem I had and really gets how a sports person functions compared to a more normal physio problem.

Reasonably priced as well, maybe €10 more than a normal physio appointment but I can't remember exactly.

He's not a physio but I would highly recommend him. I could pass on his contact details if you want.
