Quiet times at Northwood gym?

Hi all, I was wondering if you know the quietest time at Northwood gym (Santry) for using the pool? Im a intermediate swimmer and like to take my time and not feel rushed in the lanes. Im off work Mondays so what times do you think are the least busy? Thanks! :-)

Hi there batmang - did you figure out anything about the pool in Northwood - I am considering joining but not sure if the pool will be busy when it opens at 6:30am? and at weekends.
If you have any advise would be great if you could let me know
