Need to tone mid section

    I have been struggling for a long time with excess weight. When I was younger I was very heavy, but as I grew up (16 - 18) I lost 5 stone pretty quickly although this has left me with a very flabby midsection.

    I have read that running was the best thing to sort this so started doing 10k's two years ago and upped it to a half marathon this year (with all the associated training) and still have the excess left from when i lost the weight.

    What steps would the boardsies on here recommend for toning my stomach/love handles and back up??

    Add in a weight routine to build a little muscle maybe. What weight you at now and what would ya like to get to ?
