I had a post here not so long ago on another topic but in it I said I didn't do leg workouts at the gym because I play astro turf 2-3 times a week and I was just wondering would taking a protein shake after a game of astro help with muscle building in the legs? is it worth using one? Cheers.

Short answer, no.

If you want to build muscle in your legs, eat a high protein diet, a calorie surplus and do some weight training for your legs.
