NLP, self hypnosis and concentration

    hi guys,

    just wondering if anyone has been using the principles of neural-linguistic programming or self-hypnosis to improve concentration and consequently sports performance.

    I've seen guys apply to sports from boxing to golf, any use it in the gym?

    Before I get down for a snatch I give my two nipples a squeeze then my left ear lobe, i find it helps me get straight into concentration mode and I've found, having done some studies, that it correlates well with successful lifts.

    anyone have any experience? insight? opinion? interest?
