VERY annoying neck injury! Help

Hey,I'm looking for advice. Have a sore neck on the right which kind of spreads down to the top of the back(its the traps area). Ive gone to physio5/6 times but it keep dogging me-sore in the morning...when i look to the left quickly etc. Its been like this for 2-3months. Idont know what to do as ive given it a week opr…
