    Hello,

I was just chatting with my mother and she was asking for a bit of advice with regards energy levels. She is 70 and very active. She plays golf 3/4 days a week and is in good general health. I was thinking of Ginseng.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Im not sure if Ginseng has been proven to have any actual notable effect on your energy systems or perceived energy? apart from placebo? maybe someone can enlighten?

What's her food like? Has her appetite dipped? came across something similar in my family which is why i ask, grandparent fairly active at 75 but getting a lot more tired faster. Thought it may have just been age but he was eating much less, didnt feel hungry, more dense caloric foods were a help big time for him keeping up his activity
