They are selling the three packs for €325, €375 and €430 respectively.

Gamestop want 60 euro for Mario...if there's nowhere near me selling it cheaper on the day, guess i'll go for the eShop copy tbh!
10% back, plus having the game always on my console (no swapping discs, can just leave Nintendoland in then) actually seems kinda tempting! :P

No prices for Xtravision/Argos/Tesco yet :(

Anyone know if third party wiimotes will work on the WiiU?

to be honest IMO 10% off isn't enough for downloaded game should be at least 25% back as eliminates trade ins etc that cost developers so much

Play used to be very good, but it was years ago. They're located on the island of Jersey or something & as such, had little or no sales tax and that used to make them really affordable. Today though its just mainstream street prices on a webpage, havn't bought off them in literally years

Their currecy conversion is absolute disgrace. £1 is about 1.50 euro to them!

Just an update on the HMV situation. I went in today again and spoke to a manager in the Cruises Street Limerick Store to try and clarify the situation. She insisted they're honouring the original price for those preorders and I now have it in writing that I am guaranteed the ZombiU bundle at €380 :).

Also, they'll have some consoles on Friday but they can't guarantee they'll be able to fulfill all preorders. However, they will all be fulfilled by the 15th.

Hopefully. It must be a decision from head office surely. I'd be amazed if individual shops were able to do this of their own volition.

Might have a bit of good news for anyone who pre ordered the WiiU in Cork. Just got off the phone with them and a girl told me that they were told this morning that they will honour the original price for those who pre ordered it. She said she was extremely relieved as she couldnt imagine having to tell lots of people about the price raise. Hopefully this remains true on launch day.

On another point Smyths only got an allocation of 80 zombi u consoles for the entire country

I reckon a lot of people will be very disappointed hearing that news

Apparently there's expected to be less than 30,000 consoles at launch throughout the entire UK, which is crazy. I wonder how many will be available in Ireland?

Fella in hmv grafton st told me they were getting 15 zombieu packs in for launch day. Seemed like a tiny number to me. I think he said 12 of them had been preordered. Told me i was guaranteed to get one and that they didnt think there'd be a midnight launch (which is a pain, the only reason i booked in that branch was that i though if anywhere would have a midnight launch, that store would).

so do you need to ring the store and make sure this happens or is it anyone who preordered when it was prices at 380? tried ringing cork a couple of times today and it just rings out

I reckon you will get charged €415 unless u mention about having been quoted €380 when pre ordering, she did take my name so think they have a list of people for pre orders so probably have a note beside my name saying I rang and to honour price

Pre-ordered there as well. Good news that the pre-orders seem to be covered. Will drop in on my way home to make sure, and ask about the whole pricing issue.

    thats a bit crap.
I was told 350 for the premium (with nintendoland) , now its 375?
I have no proof as the receipt doesnt say.
Hopefully they will honor the pre-orders.
