Hi i am a yoga trainer. I would like to share some of my thoughts about how to select a yoga center....
If you have caught the yoga bug, you may want to look into yoga teacher training. We only have to have a love of yoga and a desire to participate to start off in a yoga teacher training program. A good program will offer more than just a textbook and memorization exercises. A full body and mind immersion should be included.
Look for a yoga teacher training program that feels like a natural fit for you. Do they practice the type of yoga that you are interested in? Since there are so many types of specialized yoga techniques, see which one your training program offers. You'll also want to see how much the training costs. If that's a consideration for you, work within your budget. You should be able to find a program in every price range.
WellnessByYoga's teacher is healthy in mind and body. She or he looks for ways to help people become their best self. You don't have to have any formal educational background to become a yoga teacher. You just need to have a passion for spending time instructing people in this age old art form.
