    I started running .....and eventually ....outrun my original lap...So I decided to use my sisters treadmill. Don't get me wrong -I look like running is worst thing a woman could do to her body.... but I like it however using my sisters treadmill is making it veeerrry squeaky and apparently it needs special treadmill oil.........where do I get good value treadmill oil?

    I heard of chainsaw oil, lineseed oil, rapeseed oil....treadmill oil???????

    <Is my sister making this sh1t up?>

    Yup it's real. As far as I know, they're sillicone based ( feel free to corect me if I'm wrong anne).
    As for the cheapest , you might have to search a few places online rather than going into a store.

    Yes it's real, I had to buy silicone oil for our threadmill.

    I was told you can get it in motor factors but all they had was a silicon spray which didn't really work.

    I eventually ended up on ebay and bought from the "threadmill doctor" or something like that. It worked a treat.

    Silicon oil doesn't burn apparently which I suppose is important given where it's used on a threadmill.

    Silicone oil wont rot the rubber in the belt.
