Ok so I've been gathering loads of info from here the past few days regards eating healthily. One of my biggest downfalls is snacking on sweet things eg chocolate. I've seen a lot of posters reccommend nuts instead. Obviously not the dry roasted ones;) but which are the best?

any nuts you can find (peanuts are not nuts!); change them every day :)

I just buy the mixed nut packs.
Or you could splash out and buy a couple of different kinds, then mix them.Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews are yummy :D

Seeds can be nice too.i used to eat sesame seeds with nuts.
Keeps you busy anyway insead of thinking about other things that arent so good.

If I'm eating nuts, which admittedly isn't that often, I weigh out a portion of almonds. I find they have a decent enough satiety to them.

I think i cant eat peanuts because they are too high in carbs for my diet.
So far i thnk walnuts are kick ass.
About E2.30 in tescos for 250g of walnuts.
Low carbs, high fat and a decent amount of protein is pretty good.
