    Can anyone tell me anything about these classes? Was thinking of taking part in a few in my area,is there much boxing involved? Like sparring or is it more of an aerobox thing done to music?

    The boxercise class I did was aerobox done to music. Some bodyweight exercises (push ups, squats etc) mixed with some pad work.

    No boxing or sparring at all. It's all aerobic exercise and some BW stuff like fluffy said.

    I've seen class where everyone is in pairs throwing proper punches at pads and there are proper others out there doing step aerbobics with a few air punches thrown in.
    What is on offer will depend on your gym
