    Hi,

This is my first post in this forum and I would be very grateful for any responses to my question, thanks.

I have being going to the gym on and off for about a year and I would class myself as an advanced beginner in terms of my workout. I work out to keep fat off but also in order to assist with playing soccer and golf i.e. I would like to be powerful without being massive.

I was thinking of doing the following workout for the next month:

I like the look of the exercises however I'm wondering is it purely a bulking up workout?

    Any comments/thoughts appreciated.

    Thanks

    Jetta

Check out Stronglifts or Starting Strength 5x5 you can stick to them until linear gains are no longer evident.
