    just wonderin what people pay per hour for p.training in these recession times???

    Recession...for personal trainers...no such thing:p...

    i'm kidding!!

    I would say in todays market you can pay anything from 30 to 110 an hour depending on a lot of factors, buying in advance and in bulk is generally a good way of getting the price down!!

    Well in all fairness the 110 was training, then 30 minutes nutrition with lunch included, I don't fancy being in the shower while Hanley walks around in an apron making me eggs!! :)
