When i hear sugar free i immediately think chemical replacements like apartame.
You could make your own i reckon fairly easy.
Bit of zylitol for sweetner etc.
Just sugar free and fat free are warning signals for me lol

Best of luck though,im sure theres something out there,to do the job.

have slightly high cholesterol. Some ice pops are fat free but have high carb which can raise triglycerides according to

Hmm i dont know if aspartame is a carb, but i believe it to be unsafe to consume. That may be just propoganda though.

As far as i know zylitol is a carbohydrate.
I have a pack here. Its zero sugar but yes per 100g serving there is 100g carbs.
Its good you said that, becuase i had been so focused on the anti sugar side i had forgotten to check the back of the pack to see what it was made of :)
All i knew was it was zero sugars and natural.

Im on a keto diet so got to watch those carbs myself.

You're wrong there. It is safe to consume. It is dangerous to consume it at thousands of times the average level in some foods, but everything is dangerous at high levels.

I get annoyed when people throw around their opinions like that when they're factually incorrect. It is perfectly acceptable to give your opinion, as long as it's not completely wrong and misinformed.

I understand that, but I think it was unnecessary to give your opinion there because it is a misinformed opinion and unhelpful to the OP.

Aspartame isn't a carb. It's fien on keto diets.
As far as i know zylitol is a carbohydrate.

It's a sugar alcohol. So its a different type of carb to sugars and starches.
Different people react to them differently. Some digest them normally and could come out of ketosis, other get cramps from them.

Ever see the warnigns that over eating sugar free sweets can have a laxative effect? That's the sugar alcohols. So maybe go easy with them.
All i knew was it was zero sugars and natural.
    So is cocaine ;)

Anything approved by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, makes me suspect lol
Id rather try cocaine before i do aspartame :D but i dont think it would be as sweet for some reason lol
Id have to research it even more, since it got alot of bad press.
I eat alot of nuts so a bit of laxative is almost welcome hehe.

Thanks for the info on zylitol too.I dont seem to have any ill effects at all so far.I read also it can help kill candida which i have issue with.

not quite the same, but Hartley's do some really good sugar-free jelly mix
or if you want to bring them with you out & about, they do ready-to-eat pots with only about 2% sugar.
