    Hey,
Currently reading Nancy Clarkes Sport Nutrition Guidebook, whats the general consensus of what she says in the book,i know its nothing new but some of the ideas she presented make me  such as adding pizza!

What books would your recommend reading of a similar theme?any ones better than hers?
    What does she say?

It's a textbook, possibly too detailed for what you are looking for, but good nonetheless.
