Right lads, living in Knocknacarra (across the road from NRG tbh) and looking to join a gym, can't pay upfront as its an insane amount of money but looking for the best value gym near me.

So far NRG, Salthill Hotel and the ardluain are by far the most expensive.

Galwaybay hotel is a LOT cheaper but i dont know how crowded it is or what facilities they have.

    Any tips lads?

I use Ocean fitness. I managed to get a cooperate membership rate €59 month and no long term contract. I use the Gym about 5 to 6 days a week. I've tried a few gyms and nothing measures up. The place is immaculately clean and the facilities are top notch, In my opinion it's got the best pool in Galway. I don't mind paying a little extra for a better facilities.

Leisureland has good student rates and is always very quiet in there.
