I was making a curry and I'm currently on a low carb diet.... just wondering what my curry carb content would be after adding the flour?

    Other ingredients:
    Curry Powder
    White Onions
    Yellow Peppers
    1 Litre Fresh Turkey Stock
    Chicken.

    Thanks!

Is there not nutritional information on the packs? Just add them up. If there's 2g carbs in one and 3g carbs in the other, it ain't gonna result in 6g carbs... :D

Yeah okay I think I figured it to be about twelve grams for the lot.. (the internet says a tablespoon of flour weighs 6.3grams and there's 85 carb grams per 100 grams of Tapioca), and I got four dinners out of it.. but I didn't eat a lot of the sauce cause it was very hot.. so about 2 - 2.5 g from the tapioca each serving.

I never measure anything so not up to speed with the 'g's' but that's fairly low isn't it?

Just weigh the ingredients in future. But nothing there is paticularly high in carbs. A packet stock might be higher.

What did you eat the curry with, as the big helping of rice is usually where the carbs come from.
