Meteor PAYG

    Hi,

    Meteor took my 20 euro credit but never gave my 7.5GB allowance or any service.
    They just took 19.99 of my credit send confirmation sms and no internet.
    I wrote over 9 emails and they tell me i went roaming and its my fault.

    I then went to meteor support forums where they tell me its investigated,

    I will wait till the end of May and report em for fraud as it clearly is,
    i kept all documentation.

    Their support just plays games with me and its quite annoying.

    What do you think?

    Just ring them up to reactivate it and will be sorted in minutes... Their customer service phone lines are open till 12

    I've been reading your posts and I agree that it is fraud. Are you using a Meteor Stick? If so when your allowance runs out they (Meteor Support) have to reset it so the new credit and 30 day period can start again. I found Meteor support USELESS at this, the first time it took 12 minutes on their 1890 number and the next time 30 something with 3 different support cretins. I logged a complaint with them but needless to say never heard anything.

    Anyway what happened at the end of May?
