What's he on about with discrimination against local people, it's common knowledge that drivers who were actually from Moyross refused to deliver there.

More in his line while at these "meetings" that they suggest working with the garda to rid his area of the scum (the 1-5% :rolleyes:) causing this trouble rather than making outrageous remarks at Apache Pizza,

Exactly. A business is fully entitled to serve who they want to, its not like tax funded public services such as bus eireann and an post that don't really have a choice.

If you live any sort of distance from a local town there's no chance of getting pizza's delivered either, I'm sure you won't hear people from rural Ireland on giving out that they won't come and deliver to them either.
