Skype-Facebook Integration

Hey all, have many people tried out the new feature on skype where you can use skype as a fb messaging client? It's useful, but there are problems, but I like it. Anyone know though how I can manage my "contacts monitor" so my skype contacts are not lost among my fb ones? Also, can one disable the fb pop-up notification…

Also, can one disable the fb pop-up notification when skype is open so one doesn't get two notifications for each IM? I have 5.7 for Mac btw...
