Quick look at my diet please!

    7.45 am porridge with 300ml water and 1 scoop of whey protein or instead scrambled egg using 4 eggs 2 whole and 2 egg whites using a tiny drop of milk say 75ml or so.

    11 am bananna/apple/orange generally 2 pieces of fruit or 1 piece of fruit and a hand full of nuts, 500 ml bottle of water

    1-2 pm, 1 chicken fillet with brocolli,carrotts,peppers and spices all made into a stirfry

    4-5 generally the same as above small portion, or if im home from college early 4 eggs into a omlette 2 slices of ham and 1/2 tomato.

    7pm normally any type of meat and 2 types of veg no potatoes, decent amount of veg. or 3/4 veg in a stirfry with mince/chicken/beef

    normally have some type of meat for 1-2 /4-5 o clock eg home made turkey burgers normal mince burgers etc with onions and peppers in them. Or a tin of tuna if im at home

    then snacks through out the day would be 3 pieces of fruit 2 rice cakes with small amount of organic peanut butter and say 2 cups of green tea and 2 protein shakes throught the day and 4.5 + litres of water a day!

    Sorry for the extremely long post male 16% body fat looking to drop to 13 or around that thanks!

    Have you worked out how many calories you need from the stickies?

    I have never really counted calories, Was told to up protein and try limit carbs.

    Training wise weight session x4 per week
    Cardio 2/4 per week depending on training schedule.

    Ill have to try count calories from now on and just try and up my cardio.
