    @confusseddotcom yep spend 4 days walking around without being able to move my head, taking ten mins to get out of bed, Ibuprofen for the pain as it is an anti-inflammatory, with Codine (aka Nurofen Plus), get a neck heat wrap for during the day and a hot water bottle at night.

    How are you feeling?

    No, although if it a partner or your mother's birthday you will never ever be allowed to forget that you forgot. :p
    EDIT: Shooting offence- mistreating an animal.

    To and from usually. The odd time though when I struggle to express emotions on how important someone is to me I tend to stick down what I feel in a coherent articulate way in a card.
