Chef. It's got a much better flavor IMO. Those Heinz fanboys obviously have no taste buds...

Heinz.. Every so often whoever does the shopping in a discount German supermarket tries to fool us with some own brands. They remain in the fridge for emergencies only.

Here's another one, do you keep ketchup in the fridge or the press?

The press, why kill the delicious taste by making it cold

Heinz. Daddies is the only remotely acceptable replacement.

Chef is vinegary muck that's on a par with Kandee and should only be ever used for scouring toilets.

Ah Kandee, the very definition of a recession product

It was vile....but it was cheap

If a local café had Kandee I'd view the owner as a cheapskate

    Where's the option for none.

They are all sugary, 'E-numberful', GM, tomato flavoured syrup. And are all equally disgusting.

    /unpopular opinion

Dunnes brand is nice. My taste in ketchup changes I thought Heinz was delish for a while what was I thinking.

Lidl brand from the fridge is amazing on wedges.

Chef ketchup ruins everything it touches. It turns it into this malt vinegar shíte and it needs to be erradicated from society. Disease of a sauce!!!

I have been eating ketchup now for more than 30 years, and only 2 days ago did I decide to try an unfamiliar brand for sale in Lidl. It is called Lidl Organic Ketchup by a brand called Fresh Meadow. It is made from organic tomatoes and is approx €1.30, and is really nice.

No option for anonymous football ground/greasy spoon red plastic bottle? I'm not usually a ketchup man but whatever goes into their tomato sauce (sugar and water mainly i expect) cannot be knocked for the way it compliments a fried breakfast or a quarter pounder.

Reggae Reggae Tomato Ketchup, it's class.

Chef, because it's thicker than Heinz and just has a nicer taste, especially with chips. Oh, and blenders is easily the worst!

Chef is horrible stuff, way too much vinegar! Heinz would be my favourite ketchup but the Lidl own brand Organic Ketchup would give it a run for its money!

Ketchup is not great really. If I wanted to splodge liquid tomato over everything I'd... be insane.

No. Bearnaise sauce is far superior. Ketchup is for people with damaged tastebuds.

    Heinz all day, every day!!

Chef is vinegar masked as red splodge!!

Dont you hate it when cafes or restaurants use cheap ketchup sachets where the sauce resembles melted plastic, gross. I class an establishment on its brand of Ketchup. If i see those shiny red sachets sticking out from amongst the Mayo(gross), vinegar etc then I know this place is good. Just look at BK ha ha!!

    Heinz for president!!

Heinz is the diarrhea of ketchup, big splatter of watery crap first.

Chef wins, the Aldi one isn't bad.
