With the last few months iv been experiencing alot of pain in my left knee. it often goes very red and hot. after 8 hour shifts im left in a lot of pain and after several days of this am unable to walk with the pain. The pain now seems to be concentrated on my left knee and hip. Although since a young age iv always had problems with my lower legs and being unable to walk very fast. The doctor took blood tests which came back all clear. while at first i believed it to be arthritis or bad circulation both these have been looked into. I am now awaiting a specialist however the closest appointment is September and i am due to leave for sea, as im in the merchant navy in July. Right now i would just like to know what exactly it could be and what could solve my problem.
