Louie Spence, the star of Pineapple Dance Studios who went on to be a judge on Dancing on Ice will be joining Brendan O'Connor on The Saturday Night Show this weekend.

Also joining Brendan with be renowned actress and former Bond girl Jane Seymour. The mother of six will be revealing her secrets on staying youthful and being a role model for older women in Hollywood

Brendan will also be chatting to Irish actor Jason Barry, 15 years on from his role in the movie Titanic he discusses life after the global box office hit, living in Los Angeles and his upcoming role in the Love/Hate.

This all looks a bit boring tbh, will not be tuning tonight but will read the thread later.

Fcuk me that sounds shíte. Its like a afternoon show stuck in a prime time Saturday night slot. Reality judge - check. Famous mother talking about beauty tips - check. Local actor who's claim to fame is the current flavour of the month - check.

Add a completely useless arsehole as a host and you've got yourself another RTE production.

Brendan should stop this scripted start.

His comedic delivery is awful, he's funnier during the more relaxed interviews!

This is going to sound wrong but I'd have to tie his hands if he was sitting near me. He'd knock the eye out of you!.....:)

I usually think Louis Spence is a good laugh but on this show the audience is making it pretty awkward...

Jaysus, he's hyper. But entertaining all the same - which is a refreshing change for this show.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,089 ✭✭✭✭LizT

It's like the studio has an echo!

Yeah, they could have just brought one of them on to talk and have the other two sitting in the background quietly.

I really don't see why they were on the show, or that anyone found them good looking, unless underdressed orange blondes is your taste.
