Quick question just out of interest....
My daughter is 15 keen gaa and basketball player so would be quite fit.
Anyway today in school they had to do a Beep test...
She just texted me to say her teacher couldnt believe her result and said he thought it was very high for her age and the fact she is female !!!

Now I havent a clue but she said it was 13.5 how do I find out what this means ...just curious really

    Thanks a million

Thats a very good result for anyone but for a 15 year old girl its incredible. Many intercounty GAA players would be happy with that result

13.5 is excellent. Especially for a girl of her age.

Highest I've seen was the high 16s. I only ever got 13.4 which I felt was very impressive for my build at the time!

    13.5 is brilliant.
I remember crapping out at 5.5 once. I was having a fat year.

I meant most adult male intercounty GAA players would be happy with it. And the standard of fitness amongst that particular group is quiet high!
