I've read that anyone undertaking a weight-training regime should consider taking a multi-vitamin and fish oils.

Is there any difference between the standard stuff you'd find in a pharmacy and stuff like the Optimum Nutrition range (apart from the price)?

Just make sure your diet is very well balanced. If you are getting a good intake of meat, fish, poultry and getting loads of fruit and veg and all the other healthy stuff etc etc you'll be grand, and for the difference vitamin and fish oil supplement dmake I'd say just take your centrum and omega tablets
