I am a Fitness Moderator and also one of the Admins of the entire boards.ie site. In other words I help run the show around here. No mean feat when you consider that we are the third biggest website in the country.

Actually I just noticed that the only other post you have is a query relating to promote a Fitness event. I'll save both our time. As per the Terms and Conditions that you agree to when you sign up to boards.ie you are not allowed to use this (free) website to advertise your services. So in all likelihood the answer to whatever question you want to ask is, unfortunately, no.

Having said that, the Fitness forum is in the top ten visited forum on the whole site and averages about 14 million page views every six months. We do like to give back to our regular contributors and the odd self-promotion will be given a fair bit of leeway. So feel free to stick around, post, engage, get to know the folks here, build rapport and show us what you have to offer by way of time, expertise and knowledge :)

If I had to guess I would imagine that "motors" comes out way ahead of Health and Fitness in terms of activity.

I don't have up-to-date forum stats but AH is the highest volume in terms of activity - in the last 24 hours it had 1140, Motors had 213 and Health & Fitness had 80. But we get an awful lot of unregistered visitors. Fitness is a huge Google search term and we very often get a first-page Google hit so there's a considerable amount of fly-by traffic.
