Hi, I recently got a set of dumbbells and I'm thinking about working on my arms.

Since, I'm just starting out I'm just wondering what exercises would be the best to go with. If you could also link to a video or web page that demonstrates the exercises, it would be great.

    Thanks for any help.

    For arms: push-ups, pull-ups ;)
Yep, you don't really need dumbbells for them.

PS what about other parts of the body?

Well, I was thinking of eventually doing push-ups but I want to use the dumbbells to build up some strength in arms first.

Incline wrist curls and other major compounds.

OK, so you can start with wall, next incline, and then knee push-ups.
