    Why am I doing this?

    I'm doing this because I want to get fitter than I already am and lose weight as well.

    Whats my training like?

    Three times a week, I train at my Local Kettlebell Gym.

    The BIG Question?

    I'm 16 stone 3 lbs at the moment and I want to know while doing what I'm still doing, what would be the best way to get fitter.
