After a long bout of depression and putting on a shed load of weight I decided its time to cop on to myself add sort myself out.

Started by going for a 3 k run last night but I have a real problem that's stopping my run tonight. I'm just goin to do weights so I don't break the exercise cycle but could really use help with it.

I have found that my oversize thighs are chafing! I ran through it last night but they are unbearable this morning. Has anyone got any tips to prevent this? Was thinking maybe just rub some Vaseline in?

Get a pair of compression shorts such asCompression Shorts.
