Best tutorials for bubble pop/marble pop type games?

    Hi Guys!

    Just wondering has anyone come across any good tutorials in AS3 or HTML5 for marble popper type games?? Something like this one:

    I want to develop a game like this with a twist and I'd like to work through a tutorial first to be better able to get my head around it!
    Thanks a million in advance for your replies! :)
    If anyone has any suggestions for why one technology would be better than the other for this I would also be interested. At the minute I'm going to try with Flash but I would like something that would also work in mobile browsers so HTML5 was also an option. I thought about Unity but I don't know how to even begin with that for a 2D game like this!
