    Hey there,

just wondering if anyone knows any personal trainers that are under 30e an hour in galway? Looking to lose some weight but gain lots of muscle.

Lost a lot of weight myself by eating a little better and treadmill but Im clueless for the next stage.

Preferably in walking distance of town! Thanks

not sure what the price is though im afraid!

sry just seen this on the FB page: Provisional details for bootcamps starting next month in Galway. Will be running morning and evening camps. Morning sessions will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10.00am-10.45am and evening Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6.45-7.30pm. Both camps running in Barna, the cost is €75 for 12 sessions, a foolproof nutrition plan and access to a closed Facebook group where you can ask any questions and interact with other members. Message me if you'd like to stick your name down for either camp.

Dgal , a semi regular poster on here works in Galway.

Real name David Gallagher, I think. Not sure of his rates.

    Hey Gaval,

There are lots of options but you will find it difficult to find a personal trainer for under €30 per session. Maybe a buddy session might be an option for you?

One piece of advice - it is better to pay for quality rather than looking for someone that is low cost and not giving you the best possible results. not ditching any trainers at all but the best in town are premium prices (Pat Divilly, a good friend of mine who has already been mentioned will not be cheap, is a fantastic trainer and is based in Bearna at the moment).

I personally give initial consultations for free so if you want to pop up to either of my studios I will be able to give you some sound advice at the very least.

PM me or check out www.resultsireland.com for more details on locations etc.
