Ok, so i have lost about 32kg over the last 5months,
I usually weight myself everyday, i know i should not but my goal is between 85-87kg and i really wanna get there so lately i have being weighing myself most days.

Last friday i weighted myself and i was 88.3kg, I was at the gym same day and eat right everyday. Last weekend i was working so no time for the gym, on monday i weighted myself and was 89.3 kg. A whole kg in two days. I did eat clean for the weekend i could not figure this out. So this week on mon-wed was in gym everyday and also did a circuits class last night. Today i weighted myself and again i am 88.3kg. My weight does not seem to be moving. I cant understand it.

    Gym
Either 10mins cross trainer or 25mins on treadmill
squats, deadlift, chest press, pull ups, core work,
    lungs,leg extensions. biceps.lat pull down

    Food
    breakfast
    egg white and porridge

    lunch
tin of tuna with balsamic little parsaman cheese

    dinner
homemade lamb/chicken burger with loads veg

    snack
    turkey or chicken breast

    post gym
    protein drink
    banana

What should i do to get out of this plateau, I think i going give gym rest today as i was there last 3daysm give my body recovery time. i am so near my goal i just wanna get there.

First off that is a brilliant weight loss so well done!!

Secondly stop worrying. Your not doing anything wrong and short break in weight loss is very normal.

I knew a 214kg woman who lost 46kg and then just stopped loosing weight for 5 weeks. She was still on a strict calorie controlled diet and exercising everyday. This was in a hospital so everything was controlled there was no cheating. There are all sorts of theories as to why it happens but nobody knows 100%. After 5 weeks the weight started dropping off again.

Remember weight loss doesnt take into account muscle gain. Also things like water retention can affect the results. It might be worth taking measurements of your hip, waist, thigh and arm circumferences and monitoring them as well. If you can get calliper testing that's even better.

Just keep doing what your doing and you will get there.

bare in mind if you get a caliper test ( fat measurement) get it retested by the same person. Can have very different results from person to person.

Try having a big feed. Try a carb up. One day just go well over your carb limit ( judging by your diet youre restricting carbs) for one day. You may find that you actually put on weight doing this, but it MAY have the added effect of boosting your hormone level and kickstarting the weightloss again.

    This is good advice!

Cheers all for the advice and the motivation.
I have a family event on tomorrow so i will be carbing it up!
In the past a few days off, always has helped to kickstart
    weightloss again.

pick one day of the week perhaps after a heavy cardio day and eat load up on carbs!your diet is very clean but sometimes the body cries out for carb hit to move it along! I teach a class 6 times a week and try to eat clean and I find that im over doing not allowing for daily routine plus work out...

Give it a go it works for me! :) you just got to see what your body needs everyone is different!

Congrats on the weight loss thus far good job

Fantastic work on the weight loss, proves what a bit of commitment can do.

Defo give this a shot, I've come from 119 kgs, target of 95kg but have noticed that the last few kgs have been slower and sometimes no move over a week. Over the last month there have been two weekends where on a Sat or Sun I've gone up on my daily carbs, maybe a Indian one night and then the other weekend was probably some granola and home made deserts or cakes. My regular carbs would be sub 100, target is 80g. On these two days I'd have hit 250g maybe more.

After this I would eat completely clean again and after 4/5 days the weight is moving again. I need to really get a handle on it but a carb refeed (without going mental) definitely seems to jump start the systems again.

    Keep at it!
