    need a cheap,deep tissue massage,i no theres a chinese shop that do it in the middle level of the square shopping centre but i dont know if its any good,cant travel far from tallaght though only have 60 euro to spend on a short massage

    any body have any recommendations ,websites and directions thanks .

    You could try Vinny mulvey he works in Tallaght and also out of Ashbourne.I haven't gone to him myself as I don't live nearby but I know a few athletes who go to him and have only good things to say about him. http://www.vinnymulveyfitness.com/contact/google-map-tallaght/

    Have never been to Vinny but hear he's very good. He actually posts on the athletics forum so you can contact him via boards if you want.

    I've been to Darren Kelly who is based in Base2Race in Ballymount for a couple of sessions on my shoulder.

    Kathryn Kane, Stillorgan - I've never gotten a better deep tissue massage in all my time using various osteopaths, physios and therapists. It'll hurt though :)

    In ncd would recommend catherine( can't think of her surname!) work out of energise in applewood. Excellent don't expect to do anything for about 48 hrs after the treatment can't recommend highly enough
