    Hi Folks just got word of this on my FB today hope its ok posting it here
    It reads:
    The strongest guys under 90kg south of the border come to do battle the top 5 qualify for the All Irelands final where the ten strongest under 90kg fight out for title of Irelands Strongest Man under 90kg

    90kg - just to Clarify - events will be same for Northern Ireland as Republics :

    - Deadlfit for max - straps - no suits
    - Tyre Flip 6 - 8 reps depending on space
    - Single dbell press reps (55kg)
    - 290kg yoke
    - Loading Race
    - 290kg Frame Carry
