    Ok so i know you're all probably sick of answering these questions but im gonna ask anyway. Im 5ft 11", weigh 11 stone and have a bodyfat % of 15% on a good week. I've been hitting the gym hard the past 11 weeks and have seen considerable change, re: toning and definition. Im on a low fat diet, still trying to cut some bodyfat before i go on a sort of bulking up regime (which is my end goal), and drink 2ltrs of water a day. My only problem is that i dont know what to look for when buying supplements. My first questions is if im still trying to cut bodyfat should i just drink protein shakes and forget about special post workout recovery drinks and protein bars etc.

    Second question is which brands should i go for and which should i stay away from? Failing that, could someone tell me what exactly i should be looking out for on the back of the packets. Thanks.
